About The Position
Parallel Employment Group is working with a customer in Lancaster for Assembly Technicians to become an integral part of a dynamic team! As an Assembly Technician, you will be assembling products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and packaging them for distribution. Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of Manufacturing experience and machining.
- aerospace/military defense manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions
- Utilizing hand tools and power tools to assemble various components
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure that products meet specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with other team members to improve assembly processes
