Requirements

• Manufacturing experience required (assembly, production, or machine operation)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mechanical assembly, wiring, or industrial equipment
• Familiarity with torque tools, calipers, or precision measuring tools
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and industrial assembly according to blueprints and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment safely
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to verify quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
