About The Position
We are currently hiring 2 Class 2 Solder Associates for a final assembly department with a reputable manufacturing company. $20+/hr 1st Shift in Plano, Tx. Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr (DOE)
Requirements
- Must have IPC-610 Class 2 soldering experience
- Ability to solder to Class 2 standards consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be Authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to communicate in English

- Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering to IPC-610 Class 2 standards
- Work in final assembly of electronic components
- Inspect and ensure quality of solder joints
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
