The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact This is a full-time, salaried position dedicated exclusively to Initial Assessments for newly referred clients. You’ll serve as the first meaningful touchpoint in each client’s journey-setting the tone, building trust, and ensuring every individual is seen, heard, and understood. Focus: Initial assessments only (no ongoing caseload management) Target Caseload: 4–5 assessments per week Reporting Line: You’ll report directly to our Director of Assessments This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive on deep listening, critical thinking, and building strong clinical foundations for care. Availability Requirement To ensure the highest quality of care, some flexibility is essential: Availability for at least two weekend days per month Each weekend commitment involves ~2 hours of clinical observation This is a firm requirement, so please consider this carefully before applying.
