Position Description: Responsibilities for Asset Coordinator include overall repairs and maintenance of all association buildings and common areas including pools, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, structure, pavement, masonry, building security, landscaping, fire prevention, signage, and interior/exterior appurtenances. This position is physical in nature and may require extended periods of time outside. Oversee operations of Asset Technician and Janitorial Contractor. Ensure that all support and service are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the standards, goals, and objectives of the General Manager and SunRiver St. George Community Association.
