About The Position
The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day oversight and tracking of owned and rental medical device capital assets. This role ensures accurate SAP tracking, financial integrity, and operational visibility throughout the asset lifecycle — including deployment, preventive maintenance, return, refurbishment, and disposition. Working closely with Global Asset Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and third-party service providers, this position helps ensure capital equipment is compliant, traceable, and available to support customer demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering
- 7+ years in MedTech asset management, capital equipment operations, or healthcare finance
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong SAP experience required
- Advanced Excel required
Responsibilities
- Executes established lifecycle processes
- Reviews and validates SAP asset transactions
- Manages lost/noncompliant device investigations
- Coordinates preventive maintenance and refurbishment flows
- Produces KPI reporting for leadership
