About The Position

Titan Technologies is seeking a Asset Manager to oversee asset management, warehousing, and equipment distribution activities supporting enterprise IT and network environments. This role ensures that hardware assets are properly tracked, staged, secured, and delivered to support operational and engineering needs. The Asset Manager ensures that all equipment needed for maintenance, repairs, provisioning, fiber work, and project delivery is available, tracked, and properly accounted for. The Asset Manager plays a critical role in enabling timely deployments, maintenance activities, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT or network logistics and asset management, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing inventory of at least 1,000 IT or network assets.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting logistics for distributed environments with at least 50 locations.
  • Strong knowledge of logistic operations, procurement process, inventory management systems and contractor coordination.
  • Experience with serialized asset tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of networking equipment types, form factors, and handling requirements.
  • Experience supporting field operations and dispatch coordination.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems and inventory management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience of 5 years may be substituted for a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations including receipt, storage, staging, packaging, tooling, and distribution of IT and network equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records including reconciliation of inventory levels for routers, switches, optics, fiber materials, racks, patch cables, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics to support installations, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Maintain full custody records, including barcoding, labeling, and asset tagging.
  • Support NOC and dispatch teams by preparing equipment for rapid deployment.
  • Oversee vendor RMA processes, equipment repairs, and warranty claims.
  • Develop and maintain logistics procedures and inventory control processes.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and engineering teams to align logistics with schedules.
  • Forecast inventory needs based on consumption rates, project plans, and failure trends.
  • Create detailed, accurate BOMs for network related projects and maintenance efforts based on engineering designs and project and maintenance requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with contractors, distributors, customer staff and field teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and special handling and delivery requirements.
  • Process returns of unused or defective materials and manage compliant disposal or recycling of obsolete equipment when necessary.
