The Assistant Asset Protection Department Manager serves as an auditor, advisor, and coach for store team members, supporting asset protection and safety initiatives across all departments. This role assists in executing strategies that improve workplace safety, physical security, customer service, and shrink reduction. The Assistant Manager partners with store leadership to ensure compliance with asset protection standards, promote best practices, and foster a culture of awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement. Current/Past experience in Asset Protection, Law Enforcement or Military a plus.
