This role balances investigative work, in-store presence, and collaboration to reduce risk, address organized retail crime (ORC), and support safe store operations. The ideal candidate brings a background in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, enjoys working independently within a territory, and is comfortable partnering with store teams and law enforcement when needed.

  • Apprehend shoplifters and complete required documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Represent the company in interactions with law enforcement and court proceedings related to external theft cases
  • Monitor and enforce shrink reduction controls, including front-end operations and receiving practices
