Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor Engagement, the Assistant/Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor Engagement will contribute to the strategic management of the University’s relationship with many of its top donors. The work of the Assistant/Associate Director will help to ensure a cohesive, collaborative approach to these relationships with donors. Primary to this role is ensuring that the donor remains apprised of the positive impact that their gift has at Boston College and increasing the possibility of subsequent, significant gifts. The Assistant/Associate Director will be responsible for a portfolio of annual impact reports. This position will be responsible for project management; timeline and deadline management; editing, proofing and design of content; survey and template layout; coordinating with outside vendors; and data management. The Assistant/Associate Director will oversee outreach to recipients and University contacts assigned to funds associated with the assigned portfolio. Additionally, they will participate in donor engagement events and activities. The Assistant/Associate Director, along with the Senior Associate Director, will also be responsible for coordinating with School Development partners on Stewardship and Donor Engagement initiatives within assigned schools and programs. The salary range for this position is listed below with the final salary based on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and internal equity considerations. Title and salary commensurate with relevant experience based on the following titles and full-time equivalent hiring ranges: - Assistant Director: $59,400 - $74,250; 1-3 years experience - Assistant Director: $65,550 - $81,950; 3-5 years related professional experience - Associate Director: $72,450 - $90,550; 5+ years related professional experience
