Hartwick College is excited to expand our Sports Medicine staff and hire a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer to join our collaborative healthcare team. This 10-month position supports 21 NCAA Division III varsity programs, including football. This position is immediately hiring until position is filled. This role is part of a collaborative Sports Medicine team that values continuity of care, shared clinical decision-making, and the opportunity to work with a variety of sport programs. Structured onboarding and mentoring are provided to support early-career athletic trainers and continued growth. Our growing medical model emphasizes shared responsibility, continuity of care, and an interdisciplinary approach to student-athlete health and well-being. Hartwick Sports Medicine is committed to a collaborative, holistic, and student-centered model of care in which athletic trainers work closely with the Head Athletic Trainer, fellow Assistant Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, team physicians, and campus health partners. The NCAA Division III environment at Hartwick fosters meaningful connections, allowing athletic trainers to practice in a relationship-centered setting where the student-athlete experience comes first.
