- Certified DCPS employee preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have 64 college hours
- Previous coaching experience desired
- Willingness/ ability to complete all requirements for a school coaching position
- Desire to be a role model to young adults and the ability to lead a group of young adults in a positive manner
