What You’ll Do The Assistant Branch Manager collaborates with the Branch Manager in overseeing the entire operations of a branch ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives while demonstrating effective leadership. Assist with the creation of the branch strategy to ensure the branch grows in deposits through business development activities. Cultivate relationships with FourLeaf business partners and within the community to support new branch growth and create awareness of the FourLeaf brand by building member relationships utilizing a consultative sales approach. Core Contributions Collaborate with the Branch Manager to continuously utilize a consultative sales approach to build member relationships, identify sales opportunities and make referrals to business partners as necessary to grow the expansion market. The goal is to grow a minimum of $15MM in deposits. Provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships, offering solutions for member needs, and resolving issues effectively. Effectively communicate with members to discover financial needs, tailor products and services recommendations. Embrace and communicate a culture of change, agility, and innovation to drive technology and self-service options to enhance the omnichannel member experience to meet their banking needs. Build relationships and awareness within the community by representing FourLeaf. This may include evening and weekend events to support new branch growth and generate brand awareness. Partner with Specialists (FA, MLO, and Business RM) to connect members with experts for specialized financial needs and drive brand awareness and generate market growth. Partner with Chief Deposit Officer and VP of Retail to fully develop new small branch model market expansion implementation. Find opportunities to source, hire, train and develop new teammates as the branch reaches target growth. Potential to do the same for additional new branches within the expansion market strategy implementation. Effectively utilize all systems and applications to process the daily functions while maintaining efficiency, accuracy and remain in accordance with established policies and procedures. Manage branch controls and reconciliations to meet audit guidelines. Mange branch reports. Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.

Requirements

  • College Degree preferred or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of financial or equivalent sales experience.
  • 2+ years in the customer service industry.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 6 months; Lending Product Certification within 6 to 12 months.
  • Licenses: National Mortgage Licensing System within 3 months; Obtain Notary License within 6 months.
