Working directly alongside our lead Catering Coordinator, you'll ensure every signed contract is executed flawlessly, from initial event setup through the big day. Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch what others miss
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
  • Professional and warm communicator, both written and in person
  • Availability for some evenings and weekends to support events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with catering or event management software preferred
  • Prior catering, events, or hospitality experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most

Responsibilities

  • Receive signed catering contracts and build out complete event files — menus, timelines, guest counts, dietary needs, and venue logistics
  • Maintain and manage the catering calendar, proactively flagging conflicts or gaps
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients after booking, gathering outstanding details, and keeping communication timely and professional
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure full event-day readiness
  • Manage event data in our catering CRM, keeping all records accurate and up to date
  • Provide on-site support at events to ensure smooth, seamless execution
  • Assist with incoming leads and inquiries to support the sales and booking process
  • Support post-event wrap-up, including documentation and client follow-up
