About The Position

We are on FIRE Norman! Ignite Medical Resort Norman is hiring!! Be part of something special. We Care and it Shows! We are looking for a ACNO to join our team of superheroes! Our ACNO play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. They will be the main point of contact for all nursing department for scheduling shifts and vacations, as well as assisting in covering gaps in coverage when they arise. We are looking for skilled ACNO's to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. Hours: Thursday-Monday

Requirements

Must possess good computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Excel
Must possess excellent communication, have a positive and friendly outlook, problem solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling, as well as the ability to manage call-ins, coverage, and daily staffing needs
Licensed RN
Participate in an on-call rotation and be dependable, with a strong commitment to helping lead our team to excellence in patient care
