Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, counseling, or related field
- Current and unrestricted BCBA certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting children, families, and clinical teams
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Director in day-to-day clinic management
- Perform client intakes and functional assessments
- Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy as needed using evidence-based methods
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
- Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and team members
- Ensure compliance with BACB and clinic standards
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and quality assurance
