Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years college coaching experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare section on offensive philosophy to be ready for Hide-Away Notebook.
  • Coordinate the Offense & Coach Quarterbacks.
  • Know the academic status of your position group.
  • Recruit assigned area.
  • Supervise Assistant Coaches, GA’s & SA’s on Offense.
  • Final Authority to assign and evaluate all offensive coaches and GA/SA’s including all on and off field duties.
  • Set offensive goals, charts, statistics, practice schedules, offensive staff meetings etc.
  • Supply Coach Hampton with “Install Packages” in Spring/Fall Camps.
  • Prepare offensive “game plan” with the offensive staff.
  • Organize practice schedule/meetings for Offense.
  • Assign weekly scouting reports, offensive press box and sideline responsibilities including offensive bench control.
  • Responsibility for offensive staff unity & morale.
  • Make sure the Coach Hampton get daily practice schedule.
  • Organize pracitice schedules (with Calloway and Manley).
  • Responsible for offensive depth chart in staff meeting & after each game. Also, once a week during spring ball.
  • Offensive Honor Roll ready after the game and Monday Press Conference.
  • Prepare daily practice schedule, preseason & in-season itinerary with Coach Hampton.
