Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years college coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare section on offensive philosophy to be ready for Hide-Away Notebook.
- Coordinate the Offense & Coach Quarterbacks.
- Know the academic status of your position group.
- Recruit assigned area.
- Supervise Assistant Coaches, GA’s & SA’s on Offense.
- Final Authority to assign and evaluate all offensive coaches and GA/SA’s including all on and off field duties.
- Set offensive goals, charts, statistics, practice schedules, offensive staff meetings etc.
- Supply Coach Hampton with “Install Packages” in Spring/Fall Camps.
- Prepare offensive “game plan” with the offensive staff.
- Organize practice schedule/meetings for Offense.
- Assign weekly scouting reports, offensive press box and sideline responsibilities including offensive bench control.
- Responsibility for offensive staff unity & morale.
- Make sure the Coach Hampton get daily practice schedule.
- Organize pracitice schedules (with Calloway and Manley).
- Responsible for offensive depth chart in staff meeting & after each game. Also, once a week during spring ball.
- Offensive Honor Roll ready after the game and Monday Press Conference.
- Prepare daily practice schedule, preseason & in-season itinerary with Coach Hampton.
