About The Position
Reporting to the Head Coach, Women’s Soccer, the assistant coach, will provide strategic support to the organization, planning, coaching, instructing and teaching elements of all practices and games. This position requires frequent travel, as well as evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities
- Provides skill instruction and student-athlete development both on and off the field.
- Evaluates, identifies, and recruits quality student-athletes in compliance with University, Atlantic 10, and NCAA policies.
- Assists the head coach with administrative operations of the men’s soccer program as needed.
- Complies with all NCAA , Atlantic 10 Conference, and University rules and regulations.
