This position will have direct responsibility as a Residential Property Management team member to assist in the accomplishment of the department's goals and objectives. The Assistant Community Manager has a key leadership role with authority , responsibility, and accountability for supporting the Community Manager in overseeing daily property operations, financial administration, and resident relations at a multifamily or senior-living apartment community . The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for maximizing occupancy, ensuring accurate financial and lease records, and enhancing the resident experience while ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing laws, DRE regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other federal and state regulations . This includes, but is not limited to , assisting with leasing, rent collection, budget tracking, resident engagement, and supporting operational success of the community . The Assistant Community Manager supports property operations, financial administration, and resident relations to ensure a well-managed community. Responsibilities include assisting with leasing, rent processing, compliance, and resident retention while supporting the Community Manager in daily operations . Effectively convey the companys mission by ensuring the team is customer-focused and provides the best service to co-workers, prospects, residents, guests and vendors at every point of contact while striving to exceed expectations
