The purpose of Assistant Community Managers is to support the Community Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the assigned community. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. In addition, the Assistant Community Manager will be trained to assume all duties of the Community Manager in the event of the Community Manager’s absence. The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Community Manager.
