About The Position

This position performs a variety of administrative and office support for the Department. Assists with projects, and other various assignments.

Requirements

  • Prompt response with regards to correspondence and processing paperwork.
  • Great attention to detail, answer phones and assist with all manners of communication including verbal, written and mailing/emailing.
  • Strong typing, writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet ongoing deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment including computers and applicable software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good judgment and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service; in-person, by phone and via email, by answering questions promptly from the public, commercial vendors, food concessionaires and employees and works with frequent interruptions.
  • Assists team with various projects.
  • Provide conflict resolution amongst any vendors in a professional and courteous manor.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
