About The Position

The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Chef to purchase, prepare and deliver menu items to corporate customers.

Requirements

• Excellent from scratch culinary skills
• Certified in food safety
• Able to interact directly with corporate clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays and nights
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• 3-5 years experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare or present items according to standards developed from corporate customer preferences
• Deliver prepared foods to corporate customers, on and off premises
• Aid in execution of corporate events on and off property
• Practice food safety at all times
• Understand and observe customer dietary preferences and restrictions
• Some car travel required on occasion
• Maintain confidentiality regarding food prepared and interactions with corporate customers
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates
