Leads projects and executes strategic efforts to integrate career development outcomes into curriculum, co-curricular experiences, and teaching practices at the university. Presents and facilitates workshops on an ongoing basis to help faculty, instructors, and other advanced degree holders in maximizing expertise and efforts to integrate career development into various aspects teaching and learning experiences. Partners within the institutional ecosystem to advance career and professional development outcomes for advanced degree holders. Collaborates with Career Connections Center, the Graduate School, the Center for Teaching Excellence, academic units, and additional campus partners to carry out projects, events, and assignments. Develops and customizes career education programs, workshops, content, and tools for advanced degree holders for university success. Designs, and evaluates learning aids including, but not limited to, instructional guides, learning modules, trainings, and web content to assist in the transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities. Implements appropriate learning development experiences and events to support advanced degree holders with an emphasis on career and professional development outcomes. Set best practices procedure for career and professional development for career development for advanced degree holders. Serve as a career coach to advance the University of Florida students’ career design and professional development. Facilitates individual career coaching appointments, drop-in services, digital career support and group career coaching to UF professional students, and graduate students based on industry-specific knowledge. Customize career navigation tools and resources to advance graduate and professional students in their career decision-making, readiness, and post-graduation success. Facilitates career development programming and outreach to industry partners and campus stakeholders to promote career pathway navigation and options for advanced degree holders. Serves as a training liaison and career consultant between subject matter experts to identify and address the needs of various audiences. Manages and coordinates cross-functional teams to develop new initiatives, programs, and learning modules, with faculty, staff and other stakeholders. Partner and have a presence with stakeholders in specific units to leverage and enhance the career success ecosystem in preparing students for post-graduation success. Track, report, and communicate outcomes and project statuses to various stakeholders including students, alumni, faculty/staff, and employers. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment trends for advanced degree holders, higher education, and appropriate career development expertise. Performs other administrative duties as assigned. Attends stakeholder meetings, conducts learning sessions, and shares the C3 and/or university’s career services impact, investments, etc.
