As the Assistant Director of Admissions, Master in Business, Climate, and Sustainability (MBCS), you’ll be a vital part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that connects business, climate science, and purpose-driven leadership. You’ll support prospective students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to drive impact at the intersection of sustainability and business innovation. Be Bold. The Assistant Director plays a key role in shaping the MBCS program’s applicant pipeline and strengthening its presence among mission-driven, high-potential learners. You’ll partner closely with Fuqua and the Nicholas School to build awareness, engage prospects, guide applicants, and support strategic recruitment efforts that elevate the program in a rapidly evolving climate‑business landscape.
