Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing Services (ADCSNS) In this position, you’re at the center of Arden Wood’s primary activity—providing practical care in support of Christian Science healing. The ADCSN is a Journal ‑listed Christian Science nurse with an active ministry that includes 6+ years of varied experience in a Christian Science care facility. This role requires strong skills in communicating, supervising, coaching and correcting, problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking. Requirements
- Is a member of The Mother Church and an active member of a branch church
- Is Journal -listed with an active ministry that includes facility work
- Is a strong team-builder and communicator, supervisor and problem-solver
- Expresses grace, poise, dominion, and spiritual clarity
- Effectively and comfortably manages multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to speak, write and read English clearly and easily in order to be readily understood
