We're seeking a superhero Assistant Director of Clinical Services. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services at Inspire Hospice Kennesaw plays a vital leadership role in supporting the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing and coordinating all clinical operations. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate hospice care by managing clinical staff, implementing policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Assistant Director fosters a collaborative environment to promote patient-centered care and continuous improvement within the clinical team. Assistant Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to steer our extraordinary local hospice team. In this role, you’ll ensure the delivery of superior hospice care to our lovely patients, powered by our interdisciplinary team—nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains—all standing by under your leadership and the guidance of our Hospice Medical Director. Requirements
- Current GA Registered Nurse (RN) license —your superhero badge
- At least 1 year of hospice management experience or 3 years of hospice nursing experience—your training montage
- Knowledge of hospice regulations, clinical practice, and billing —your handbook
- Stellar leadership and customer service skills—your charm and shield
Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspire, and lead your clinical team of hospice professionals
- Ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
- Recruit, train, and retain your team of rockstars
- Build alliances with healthcare providers and facilities served by Inspire
- Assist with assessments, care planning, and evaluations—be their guide in the care journey
- Handle occasional, competitively paid on-call duty—because even Batman takes a shift
- Stay current with nursing and hospice care advancements—ready for every new mission
