The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists is seeking a strategic and technical leader to oversee our digital ecosystem and advance our mission of sharing coverage on nuclear risk, climate change, and disruptive technologies. You will design the roadmap for our technology stack—including our web CMS, email marketing, paywall systems, and data analytics —to ensure our platforms are optimized for a global audience. In 1945 the Bulletin began as a mimeographed newsletter; over the past eight decades we have grown and evolved to reach audiences wherever they may be. This position will help continue that history by making sure the Bulletin ’s digital and data systems are prepared to pursue our mission in the present day. The Assistant Director of Digital Platforms is an integral member of the Communications team and works closely with other arms of the organization.
