Baylor University's School of Engineering and Computer Science is seeking an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Outreach. The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Outreach is responsible for partnering with Undergraduate Admissions to advance enrollment goals for the School of Engineering & Computer Science. A Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Master’s degree and higher education or recruiting experience is preferred. Experience will not be accepted in lieu of the educational requirement. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
