About The Position
Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, 40 hours per week with weekend rotation required. Role is open to Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Position is based in a skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite services, and memory care. The facility also holds Heart Failure Certification, reflecting a strong focus on quality cardiovascular care.
Requirements
- Active PT, PTA, or SLP license required in the state of practice
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly encouraged
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
- All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire
