RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for leading enterprise-wide pricing strategy, trade optimization, and revenue growth initiatives that directly impact profitability and commercial performance. The person in this role will oversee pricing architecture, trade investment strategy, predictive analytics, and long-range planning. They will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, FP&A, IT, and Category Development to embed a data-driven RGM mindset and influence decision-making at senior levels. This position is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership expectations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
  • 15+ years of commercial, analytics, or sales leadership experience within food, beverage, or CPG industries; consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Consulting.
  • Experience with TPM/RGM KPIs (e.g., ROI on trade spend, promotion lift).
  • Proven track record working in both emerging and mature brand environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams with a focus on innovation and measurable results.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools and advanced data management.
  • Excellent communication skills with developed executive presence.
  • Ability to manage complex data, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Development and refinement of enterprise pricing architecture and strategy: Leads the creation and evolution of base and promoted pricing structures. Establishes pricing guardrails and governance. Partners with Sales, Finance, FP&A, and Marketing to align pricing decisions with enterprise financial goals.
  • Optimization of trade strategy and investment performance: Collaborates with RGM leaders to design trade investment strategies that improve ROI and reduce inefficiencies. Drives adoption of optimized trade mechanics and retailer playbooks. Partners with IT and Sales Operations/Sales Strategy to streamline trade workflows.
  • Advanced financial analysis and predictive modeling: Leverages predictive analytics platforms to identify revenue and margin opportunities. Builds business cases for pricing, promotion, and trade investment decisions. Oversees scenario planning and financial modeling to support commercial strategy.
  • Data governance and platform stewardship: Ensures accuracy, integration, and effective use of RGM data platforms. Partners with IT to enhance data infrastructure and strengthen data governance across the organization.
  • Strategic planning and market evaluation: Evaluates market trends, competitive pricing, and retailer strategies. Leads long-range planning for category and channel growth. Partners with National Category Sales Managers and Category Development Managers to develop retailer- and channel-specific RGM strategies. Influences assortment strategies to optimize revenue mix.
  • Cross-functional leadership and talent development: Aligns customer strategies with enterprise financial objectives. Mentors and develops RGM and analytics talent. Actively participates in strategic planning cycles and cross-functional reviews.
  • Communication and influence: Translates complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives. Presents strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Serves as a trusted advisor on revenue growth, pricing, and commercial performance.
