We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Banquets to help lead our Banquets team in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Requirements

Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
College degree in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant manager in Banquets or other F&B outlets.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost and labor control, merchandising, maintenance, and accounting.
Proficiency with F&B systems and computer equipment.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, train, and develop banquet employees and supervisors.
Maintain a visible presence during operations to support staff and deliver outstanding guest service.
Coordinate event setup and execution based on Banquet Event Orders.
Partner closely with Catering and Conference Services teams to ensure all event details are flawlessly delivered.
Oversee labor management, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
Participate in operational meetings to support interdepartmental collaboration.
Monitor banquet facilities and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and recommending improvements.
Uphold Four Seasons’ work rules, standards of conduct, and service culture.
Support physical setups, service execution, and operational cleaning as needed.
