Requirements

• Previous proven leadership experience managing more than 20+ people
• Strong communication, computer literacy and communication skills
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
• Able to lift up to 50+ pounds
• Flexible working hours

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day needs of the food production department
• Deliver necessary communication to ensure food cost goals and on-time delivery of finished product are guaranteed
• Carry out assigned work to ensure on-time delivery of finished product
• Manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
• Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions to Supervisors / Department Heads and Management
• Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations while ensuring quality assurance and economical figures to fulfil the high-end food standards
• Support the effective leadership and motivation of the food production team
• Train new hires and ensure all training sessions are recorded
• Oversee labor hours and production hours
• Ensuring Production flow properly
• Hold team accountable to daily expectations
