About The Position

Were looking for a reliable, hands-on Construction Foreman to join our team and oversee day-to-day field operations for our projects. This role is ideal for someone who isnt afraid to jump in and work alongside the crew while also coordinating tasks, maintaining safety, and keeping the project moving efficiently. Youll be the on-site leader who ensures work is completed to quality standards and on schedule.

Requirements

3+ years of construction experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret plans is a plus.
Comfortable performing physical labor in various weather conditions.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
Perform basic carpentry, demolition, concrete work, and other hands-on tasks as needed.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively.
Load and unload materials, move equipment, and maintain organized work areas.
Support trades by performing labor-intensive tasks to keep production moving.
Communicate daily with the project manager regarding progress, needs, and issues.
Plan and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety policies.
Inspect work for accuracy and adherence to plans and specifications.
Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and basic documentation.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company procedures.
