The Role The Assistant General Manager plays a critical leadership role in bringing our brand to life every day. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment
  • A natural leader who thrives on developing people and creating energy
  • A strong sense of hospitality, presence, and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operations

Nice To Haves

  • Beverage knowledge (wine & spirits)
  • Knowledge of wine, bourbon, and spirits
  • Supporting or leading beverage programming and menu development
  • Managing ordering, inventory, and cost controls
  • Building relationships with vendors and distributors
  • Overseeing bar operations and team performance
