What You’ll Do: Support overall venue operations and guest service standards Lead, train, and develop hourly + supervisor-level teams Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and quality standards Drive operational efficiency and uphold brand expectations Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics Use restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting, etc.) What You Bring: 5+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Familiarity with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, accounting) Experience supporting a concept that blends restaurant service + entertainment + events Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments Bilingual a plus If you excel in creating memorable guest experiences while leading large teams in a fun, high-energy environment, we’d love to connect.
