About The Position

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our campground and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You'll supervise teams across various departments, including Maintenance, Grounds, Guest Services, and Activities. You'll address guest concerns, manage daily operations, and foster a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Requirements

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues effectively.
Organized and Efficient: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
Must be able to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse with prolonged screen time.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and stand 80% of the time.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate effectively with the General Manager and other team members to achieve campground goals.
Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome.
Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers.
