KidStrong is a science-based children’s training center offering a membership-based program where kids ages 1–11 attend 1–2 instructor-led group classes per week. Our curriculum focuses on Brain, Physical, and Character development and is designed to build confident, strong, and resilient kids. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a hands-on leader who supports the daily operations of the center, develops and leads the coaching team, drives membership growth, and helps deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families. This role blends leadership, coaching, sales, and operations in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
