About The Position

The ideal candidate loves the game of tennis along with an engaging personality and enjoys helping and interacting with kids of all ages. A willingness to contribute and operate within a team based environment is essential to this role.

Requirements

• A fun, friendly and welcoming attitude that children respond well to is a must
• The ability to communicate effectively and appropriately to a group of children
• Patience when dealing with students that are new to the sport
• Ability to follow a lesson plan and safety guidelines
• Ability to work with a wide range and variety of skill levels (with a focus on beginning through intermediate skill levels)
• A strong work-ethic that includes being punctual and professional at all times
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous coaching experience and a solid playing ability is a plus
• A wide range of games and drills to get students moving and having fun
