Reporting to the Lead IP Counsel, the Assistant IP Counsel advises on all business areas regarding the protection, maintenance, and enforceability of Monotype’s intellectual property. In this role, you will negotiate and interpret font license agreements and support our global Sales team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist in the preparation of enforcement files (research, factual and legal assessment of infringements, preservation of evidence, filing), initiate notice-and-take down proceedings, negotiate related contracts and, if necessary, coordinate further legal enforcement.
