This position involves overseeing all operations during your shift, ensuring cost controls, inventory management, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. You will set an example for your crew and must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. Collaboration with team members and other store management is essential.
