About The Position

This structure ensures that one global team oversees the physical security of our facilities, the maintenance of our facilities, the movement of our inventory, and the overall safety of our employees. In this role, you will: Provide support and maintenance for all physical security systems, including Access Control, Burglar Alarms and CCTV Conduct credential audits for Access Control, Burglar Alarms and CCTV systems at all facilities Monitor security systems for functionality; schedule and manage service calls and work orders Oversee compliance of security guard rounds and monitor their performance Support Field Asset Protection Programs, including Cash Monitoring, Inventory Reporting and Shrink Reporting Conduct proactive research for Inventory Management issues and Asset Protection investigations Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for security system enhancements Engage in daily interactions with Finance, People, Operations, and Field Management teams Assist with other departmental initiatives and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Asset Protection experience in multi-unit retail and/or warehouse environments
  • Experience with domestic and international project management
  • Extensive knowledge of access control, intrusion alarms and CCTV systems
  • Proficiency with ERP, financial, and exception reporting systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle personal and/or sensitive information confidentially
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • LPQ or LPC Certification is recommended
