About The Position
Responsible for the supervision of all Beverage associates ensuring operational standards and Guest Services are in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort's Policy and Procedures and Gaming regulations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Two to four years beverage serving experience.
- Thorough knowledge of ABC regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Gaming experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervises all Beverage Servers and Bartenders.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
