As an Assistant Manager of Claims, you must be able to engage and motivate a team of adjusters in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment to deliver excellent results and superior customer service. You are also responsible for fostering an atmosphere of accountability, coaching, and preparing members of your team to take on roles with additional responsibility, as well as performance management. This position also requires collaboration with other Assistant Managers across the department.
