Job Description The Assistant Manager, Global Inclusion works closely with the Chief Inclusion and Social Responsibility Officer and Senior Manager to develop and implement inclusion programs and initiatives. This role collaborates directly with affinity groups, office administrative leadership, and others to identify and implement programs and events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with at least 3 in the Inclusion field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Individual must be able to work efficiently and independently.
  • Must have experience in planning and in providing support for programs and events.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and handle conflicting priorities that are of a highly confidential nature.
  • Excellent grammatical, writing and telephone skills.
  • A flexible team player with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to make decisions and take initiative is essential.
  • Strong Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills necessary.
  • Requires minimum of a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Inclusion and Social Responsibility officer and Senior Manager to develop and implement inclusion programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with select affinity groups, such as WeilPride and Women@Weil to develop annual priorities, track progress, plan and implement programs, such as conferences, educational programs, internal meetings, community building events, and service projects, etc.
  • Engage with affinity group members to understand needs and assess impact.
  • Serve as team lead for strategic initiatives, such as first generation and religious inclusion.
  • Liaise with multiple offices to support local office efforts and align with global priorities.
  • Draft and manage communications across multiple platforms on an on-going basis, including monthly newsletter, internal quarterly magazine, internal Portal/intranet pages, and external website.
  • Oversee charitable contributions and sponsorships related to assigned portfolio, aligning with strategic priorities and leveraging opportunities for business purposes.
  • Participate in and support the Inclusion Committee and Taskforce on Women’s Engagement and Retention.
  • Stay apprised/informed of industry trends and internal community needs, and provide recommendations to enhance programs and processes that support engagement, development, and retention of top talent.
  • Serve as a collaborative member of the Social Responsibility and Talent teams.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
