About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications is a support player on the Retail Team responsible for assisting in the development of best-in-class in-restaurant communications and menuboard precision. Menuboards are a critical step in the guest journey – informing guests about our product offerings (including price and calories) and inspiring them to try something new. It’s essential that menuboards are 100% accurate at all times, since this information feeds additional ordering channels, including kiosks and the Dunkin’ app. If you have a passion for accuracy and detail, supporting menuboard development is right up your alley.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in advertising/marketing
  • Creativity - brings a fun, inspired approach to work everyday
  • High attention to detail and process-orientation
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving
  • Keeps the team on deadline
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Help drive flawless execution of menuboard content across all restaurant and menu configurations in the system by partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Assist in overseeing creative agency and menuboard content vendors to deliver menu layouts, content and creative against key brand strategies and marketing promotions
  • Partner with IT deployment and QA teams to ensure content is executed effectively throughout the system.
  • Help manage the menuboard budget.
