About The Position

Essential Duties: Assist manager by performing related duties Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy Assist in resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction Explore opportunities to add value to the job and recommend changes to the manager Participate in recruitment with Talent Acquisition and dismissal processes with Human Resources Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees Motivate employees and ensuring a focus on the mission Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety Fill in for manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold/ attend meetings and provide accountability Perform other duties as assigned. Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Valid US Driver’s License Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security Drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles. . Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques. Knowledge of quality systems and standards. Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance. Knowledge of process improvement techniques. Knowledge of machines and tools. Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices. Solid computer skills. Must possess problem-solving abilities and be detail oriented. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clear and concise instructions to employees Physical Working Attributes: Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs. Work near high noise levels. Periodically exposed to all outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, insects and other conditions which may exist from time to time. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid US Driver’s License
