About the position

The position involves the implementation of various systems and processes in overseas dealerships to ensure smooth operations. This includes rigorous planning and follow-up to adhere to CI Standards. The role also focuses on reducing warranty claims costs to enhance business profitability through new initiatives and effective administration of warranty claims, which in turn aids in achieving customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires coordination for technical training for dealers to improve the 'Fix it right first time' rate, monitoring parts stock at dealers to boost Parts Revenue, addressing product issues for dealer satisfaction, and regular interaction with the Technical Team to provide feedback for product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of various systems and processes in all overseas dealerships as per CI Standards to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Reduce the cost of warranty claims to improve profitability by taking new initiatives and effectively administering warranty claims.
  • Coordinate technical training for dealers to improve 'Fix it right first time' rate.
  • Review and monitor parts stock at dealer's end to improve Parts Revenue by guiding dealers on stocking original spare parts.
  • Address product issues that dealers may have to achieve dealer satisfaction by providing technical support promptly.
  • Interact with the Technical Team regularly to achieve product improvements based on field feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the automobile service industry.
  • 4-5 years of experience if the candidate holds a diploma.
  • Qualifications: B.E in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
