Responsibilities

  • Run shifts efficiently while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring all store procedures are followed
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency
  • Interact professionally with customers and employees, resolving concerns with empathy and decisiveness
  • Answer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areas
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Support inventory management and stock organization
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding operational challenges and successes
