About The Position
Assistant Managers generally support the Restaurant Managers on the development of a team of dedicated people who deliver great and friendly customer service, and profitable top line sales. They assist in the development of the Crew and Shift Leaders and complies with tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Proficient multitasker
- Proficiency on Computer and technology usage
- Proficiency in customer service
- Food service or leadership experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Schedule flexibility
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Enforce policies and standards
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing work safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines - comply with all applicable laws
- Give warnings when appropriate and keep documentation
- Train and motivate employees to meet goals
- Follow “Coffee Excellence” procedures - Accurately complete temperature and measurement logs daily, Perform equipment calibration, etc.
- Perform Inventory
- Perform bank deposits with manager’s approval
- Support store Manager with daily tasks
- Work as the main Manager in charge when Store Manager is off
