Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain standards within the practice.
- Hold the team to standards of care.
- Ensure commitment to extraordinary client experience and patient care.
- Respond diligently and accurately to client needs.
- Lead and motivate team members.
- Align with the company's mission and values.
- Understand and utilize KPI metrics for performance measurement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a leadership role within a veterinary clinic strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
